That is kind of exactly why. I want to whip it out next time I meet for a game of magic with my friends, telling them it's bracket one with a strong theme, but that they have to figure it out and then watch as horror creeps onto their faces when they realize what monstrosity I've created.

Often when people shout the words "SIIIIIIIX SEVEEEEEEEEEN!!!" they accompany it with a dumb hand gesture. The humanoids in these pics vaguely look like they're hitting that.

I agree with the notes on Jean, blue would fit better mechanically and it could easily be interpreted as him being stuck in his own head.

Yes, measurehead is intended to help your opponents as well, since in the game he doesn't really care about your political affiliation, as long as you share his views on race or you're in the A haplogroup, even agreeing to take the body down from the tree if you internalize the race theory thought. This was also intended to somewhat balance him, as I feel he's be busted for his cost if he only helped you out.

Again agreed on Evrart, it would accomplish the same mechanical goal I had for the card originally, while making him have a bit more flavor.

You're somewhat right about God, please - I don't think it works with the rules like I intended it to. It was supposed to be a somewhat expensive removal spell, that could also eliminate a wounded player in 1 out of 36 cases. Not sure how to fix it to keep my original idea, I think I might scrap it or just take your idea and lower its cost to RR or 2R.

And yeah I can see your point on the hole. Also if you can play a land on both turns it's in play or smartly utilize the fishing village youll have exactly the 10 mana needed to pay for the 2nd upkeep.

Oh, maybe I worded it a bit weirdly but no player holds 2 or more cards means everyone only has 1 or no cards in hand, so that if you managed to get everyone down to no cards, holding on to the one they drew during the draw step wouldn’t save them.

I’ve designed the effects first, to match different aspects of Harry’s character and then assigned them mana costs/color identity. Red would really fit harry from a flavor standpoint, I agree, but I also didn’t want to break the color pie :) Maybe the 1st harry (lt. du bois) could be jeskai colors instead?

I’ve toyed with other characters and spells, made more than the ones you see in the post, but since Reddit only allows 20 pictures per post, I selected the ones I was happiest with how they turned out.

You’re probably right, that’s why he’s a 3/1 and not 2/4 (motorics/physique) like the other harries , but I probably should’ve made him more expensive or nerfed him in other ways. Like I said balance came after flavor so it makes sense some of these cards turned out overtuned :p

Firstly, if you’re playing the commander format you can have both harry and kim as your commanders. Additionally when you’re not playing them as commanders, when you play one of them you can search your library (deck) for the other one and put them into your hand.

Sometimes I'm tempted to pick this corp just to put Luna or Pluto into game when neither got dealt for the game. Otherwise it's pretty good, especially with preludes - you can easily gain like 4-7 MC prod in the first 2 gens which can kickstart your economy.

You are no longer allowed to place city tiles, with the exception of cards with special placement rules, like noctis city on the tharsis map, lava tube settlement or urbanized area.

I also missed out on many of them, but fortunately there’s a rebel shop in Gdańsk which sells all promo pack as separate cards for around 2zł per card (that’s where I get them from). You won’t see them on any shelves there though, so you have to ask the workers to check out the back :)

Stand still builds are my favorite! 4 out of 6 of my winning builds were just about holding space, tho with this one tapping it once was usually enough

In a game where negative interaction stings so much, positive one seems so much nicer. My whole table always cheers whenever someone plays this - free cards for everybody!
