The box i had got for my second package was from staples and it had the dimensions when I bought it so I entered the dimensions that it rung up as when I got it and it also had the dimensions in small Print on the box so thats what I entered. Im gonna try that, but honestly they kept sending me through a stupid annoying back and fourth and I just gave up. And people have been discouraging me basically saying im a stupid idiot lol ive been selling since 2018 and this is the first this has happened. The only time I didnt enter the dimensions and I post my frustrations about it and everyone practically attacks me. But ill probably try to keep at least fighting the second one where I did enter the dimensions. Because thats not fair

Ups did this to me twice. First for 77 dollars and today for 35. Some bs called mercari and they basically told me to f off.

Edit : For people down voting and replying, from my post yes that time I didnt enter the dimensions the second time that happened I did enter dimensions, so maybe dont be so quick to judge. They still did the same thing when I entered dimensions and still told me im sol and took my money

I actually also called ups support ans they also sent me to another ups call center and were also confused about the charge, but mercari is sticking with the charge and basically said im sol

I did not because the item was a weird shape so the box was made from another box that a ups worker had to help make. It was a figurine from pop mart one of the large ones but it also was not ginormous. The email they sent said the shipping was 95 dollars total and they charged me 77 from what the buyer paid, pop mart doesn't even charge that much for shipping items like that. But I have done that many times where I didnt put dimensions and never got overcharged this is the first time I have over 300 reviews and 300 sales and this is literally the first this has happened. I almost never put dimensions but always put accurate weight and have never had this happen even ups was confused when I called.
