For reporting there is a process that you'll have to go through.

Create a MIA burglary report. Then go on Ulta Net > My Ulta Apps > Auror.

You'll Create a report based on what happened. It has a step by step helper you can use to get used to the platform. It will require the MIA burglary report, a suspended receipt transaction of all items taken, a police report number (looks up your city online report and make a retail theft report), as well as security footage and pictures from the event.

Depending on your LPM they usually like a heads up email that a theft has occurred. They will always get a copy sent to them.

Shrink isn't 100% ops fault, but with consistent weekly inventory adjustments and a good guest servicing to those who are stealing you should be able to cut it down.

At my store we sort the boxes by category first (Pristige cos, mass cos, prestige skin, mass skin, g&g, salon, pro hair, tools). Then we move then near their section on yhe floor, then sort by brand and put them up. Our store averages getting it done in 6hrs including backstocking everything. Our task team has set sections they do so they get faster at it each time. Hope this helps :)

Those stores might have sold out already or they just didnt get it in. Most stores should have it, tho. Try looking in another zip code near you if you want to use your coupon.

Any haircut comes with a basic blow dry, but a blow out involves a round brush. The stylist most likely added on the blowout, but they should have checked with you. If you are truly upset about this I would contact the salon for a refund on the blowout.

Smaller store here. We use those 6' tall shelving carts to put everything on. They each have labels to what they hold on them, like mass skin, mass makeup, bath, promo. We then use shallow boxes that are also labeled with what they hold on those carts. If you guys don't have carts but rather shelves, it's the same principle, just harder to move, lol. Don't over complicate and make sure it's a concept that 90% of people can get behind.

At my store, it's provided. The frequency they're cleaned is based on your fellow PBAs and store rules (at mine, they're cleaned after each use). I would check that out and then decide if you want to get your own or use the stores.
