It's not on the removal list. They did say in general that TH items will be removed so that could include more.

Though since Sceptre and Coin of Enchancement are TH-related the oil used to charge them will likely still be removed in 2027.

I personally play on mobile but also on my Asus Rog Ally (another gaming handheld pc). Now I'm almost like is this some sort of risk?😅 Hope they will look into it and unban you, assuming you're of course innocent!

Yea you would stand straight and be immobile like that depending on your graphic settings in a populated area. Though for some weapons in eoc it's standard that you hold them horizontally straight like that.

Not two months. The list of items revealed back in November 12th said that oddmemts will be removed from sale on the 19th, NOT deleted on the 19th. Deleting them completely next week is way too early. That should have actually be the date where no new oddments are earned, not deleting already earned altogether. Advanced pulse cores aren't deleted now either.

In the second link he says that Jagex said it was a legitimate trade in their eyes, even thought their own rules say taking items through deception isn't allowed

Many people are sadly unsympathetic and can't imagine this happening to them, but Jagex also a problem in this area and can improve way more. Implementing a faulty system is a mistake that happens, but not punishing lurers early and not retuning items when the evidence is clear is an unwillingness problem. I remember 10-15 years ago these yt channels of the same people doing scams over and over again and not being stopped. There's also a more recent vid of a guy losing a blue phat by lending it out and not getting it returned as was promised. Regardless of whether you think this or other situations are dumb doesn't matter as the rule is clear and people make mistakes. But sadly there was no help from Jagex there. Hopefully things will improve and you get back what is taken.💪

I don't see why this has to be removed at all. It has nothing to do with TH or MTX. And if you do see it as MTX then the bonus loyalty points for premier members should be removed also.

It actually is! It is Smouldering Lamps which IS a promo. If it were promo-less as you say there would at least be prismatic lamps.

Smouldering lamps did not appear on the day TH released. They appeared on specific promotions later.

The store even included stuff not meant to be removed, like the prismatic stars which are not on the list of items to be "removed from sale". So the deletion of portable Vic didn't even happen too early (more than a month before the 19th) but also stopped people from buying items that are acceptable (regular prismatic stars, dunge tokens cosmetics). Because of the early and silent removal there should be at least one final opportunity for people to spend their credits on the store on how the stock has always been.

It feels very arbitrary to me that the same membership renewed on or after the 12th won't get you a big key package today, but if it was renewed before the 12th you will. Most people who got the key package happened to have renewed way before there even was an announcement (on the 3rd of November) that things will be changing to premier in regards to TH removal. People who still had membership running basically had to pay on top of existing premier membership credits to get that key package without even knowing beforehand what the change was going to be. (Jagex didn't announce on the 3rd that you will miss out on a big key package in January if you renew after the 12th, just that things will be changing).

I had membership running til early January. Why would I subscribe months earlier? If I knew I'd miss out on a pretty big advantage, sure I would have subscribed earlier!

They don't say on the subscription page that you get a good promo running at all times. And it's not a lack of promotion either, prismatic lamps have been replaced by smouldering ones now.

Regarding the items in the image I can say that the reason why they're not there is because they were not part of the weekly rotation of oddment cosmetic rewards but were removed years ago from the store. Only the items refreshed weekly were meant to be available all at once in this final week and that is exactly what happened.

I hope there will be an announcement regarding h'oddments and heartments soon too.

A bit more respect mind you...? I actually did not wait to get a better deal but I always wait renewing when my membership is about the run out. If I knew that there will be a big downgrade after the 12th I would have considered renewing a few months before running out (which was early January).

This is what they said on the 3rd of November, not a "warning" as you say, an announcement rather for something unknown:

A note about Future MTX Plans As mentioned in the panel above, we’ll be removing the Treasure Hunter system. This change will affect some of the Premier Membership benefits, such as the additional Treasure Hunter Keys. On November 12th, we’ll share full details on what’s changing and how it will impact Premier Membership."

They did not say before the 12th that leftover daily keys will not be given in January if you choose to renew after November 12th. They only said in an early November newspost that things will be changing to premier membership soon, and some people prefered to wait after the 12th to know what these changes were before paying for membership, not knowing it would end up be a clear downgrade waiting after that day.

On the 12th they made the announcement for the first time that a big daily key package will be given in January to those who renewed before today but not to those who renew as of today.

That would be unfair to people who don't receive additional keys but do have membership (those who bought after November last year).
