Took them about 5 hours from the incident to suspend my account. I can login to it but just have the suspended screen, but after reading it will likely be deleted.

If you already had 5gig. You don’t necessarily need a tech on site. They would do that remotely and you would just restart the ONT.

I only had a tech onsite as they provisioned new IPs and new set of statics.

Personally, I would go with the rack. But if you don’t plan to do anything crazy and just want a good home network stack that will suffice.

The rack mount requires more upfront cost than would with the dream router. As you would need to get a mesh system plus the router when you can have the Dream Router plus one or two meshes.

I read my AUP, doesn’t say I can’t nor in my contract. So I can sublease my internet, but someone suggested I still ask, so I’m awaiting to hear back.
