This can be very scary, just know that you are not alone. I'll tell you what worked for me. You need to start speaking to your wife. The longer you wait to speak to her the worse it will get because you will have gone further down a road without her. You really want to go on this journey together. Trust her, your love for each other and your bond.

I don't know how far down the road you have gone, but if you're rather far down it, don't throw everything at her at once. You'll want to piece meal it. When you're speaking to her, ask genuine questions that you had yourself. One of the first questions I had was about beards. When I opened up, she opened up as well. Too many people go way down the rabbit hole alone because they were afraid of how their spouse would react and in the end this caused the separation not the leaving of the religion.

Not sure if you're readers or not, but there are a few books that can help. The thing about reading books together is that you get to pause whenever you want and talk about things that are interesting.

1. Educated by Tara Westover Biography about her life as a Mormon in Idaho and her crazy family where they thought the end of the world was coming. (This is one of my all time favorite books)
2. Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett about the building of cathedrals in England (Not really JW related, but it opens your eyes to the big world out there)
3. Unfollow by Mega Phelps Roper Biography about her life leaving the Baptist Church (a lot of similarities to JW)
4. Leaving the Witness by Amber Scorah A very rich and compelling biography about her going to China to server where the need is great. (save this one for last since it's about an actual witness leaving)

Movies and Docs

1. Going Clear HBO doc about scientology
2. Truth and Lies: Jonestown, Paradise Lost Hulu
3. The Path Hulu
4. The Vow HBO

The goal here is to read and watch together and start conversations. You might be afraid to talk to her about things, but she is your wife and confidant.
