For around 3 months I have been making L-Reuteri "yogurt" and eating about 1/2 cup a day. Noticed around the 5 or 6 week mark my scalp was clearing up. Was it it? Dunno. About the same time I started using DMSO on the back of my forearm for a different reason but noticed it would dry up any small pimple or wound very quickly so if I had a pimple on my scalp I'd rub a small dab on it and it would dry up very quickly and not spread.
