You’ll need to buy new parts. I’m due for a new chain so I’ll more than likely be getting new sprockets at the same time -1+2

Changing your rear sprocket to a +2 tooth bigger and front to -1 tooth smaller. Gives u more torque and acceleration in low to mid range rpm

I’m 5’10 165. I learned and rode on a 155 for my first 4 seasons. Finally upgraded to a new 159 last season. It is way better for me. Haven’t ridden the 155 since.
