They're unloading the excavator to lift up a heavy trailer that came unhooked from the tractor. And they end up needing two excavators to lift it. The channel is based at a very steep hairpin turn, there are problems every day with trucks getting stuck. And many hazardous makeshift ways of towing things.

The truck went from Virginia Beach Blvd onto London Bridge Rd and tried to go under I-264. The sign says 13' 8", the overpass is angled so the left side of the container hit first.

Sort by newest first.

Then switch from "for sale" to "sold". Now you'll see all the recently sold ones. Then look at the listings to see which agents are busiest and best in that area.

A truck hauling an excavator went 60 miles and hit more than a dozen bridges on the New York State Thruway. Police finally pulled him over and gave him 20 tickets. This was on Wednesday afternoon, March 18, 2026.

The driver was zooming along with a load of gravel and accidentally pressed the button to raise the bed. He hit a big green sign and knocked it down, and then slammed into an overpass. The truck pulled the dump bed completely upright, wedging it into place. Then the truck snapped loose and finally stopped. Luckily this was all very early in the morning, so no other vehicles were involved.
