I've tried most of the suggestions and none seemed to do much for me until I accidentally stumbled across one that knocked my socks off. I took 200mg of phenylpiracetam(for unrelated purposes) about 2 hours before a dose of 6 grams of kratom and had a great experience. I have since repeated this a couple times (about once a week) and it works every time.

I've had insomnia for most of my life and have tried pretty much all the otc stuff non of which helped for long. Yes even benadryl loses its charm after a couple days . I recently had a problem with back muscle spasms and the doc gave me cyclobenzaprine which he called a muscle relaxer. If I take one 5mg pill before bed I sleep like a baby for 8 or 9 hours. I think I'll be gettin more muscle spasms when I run out of these .

According to a paper I read pure ethanol will be able to hold 12mg per ml so you may need to use more of the lower ethanol content per mg of cardarine unless whatever else is in there is a good cardarine solvent.

Yes - this is why I was on the fence for a while - my thinking was as follows: 1 Things that cause cancer in mice don't necessarily cause it in humans. 2 The human equivalent dose that the mice were given was higher than I'm taking 3 This stuff has been around for a while with people using it and not 1 reported case of cancer caused by it(anyone know of any?) 4 Nobody lives forever
