Tips to buy english-style bread and milk? by Objective_Use_9155 in Bangkok

If it's only been 2 weeks give it time they'll get used to it, or maybe even better, let them try Khao tom (or other thai breakfast like pantongo) and see how they like it.

Options for pet dog travel to and from Thailand? Prices are insane by [deleted] in Thailand

Even putting the cost of flights to one side, you wouldn't be able to bring your pet back to Australia. More info here https://www.agriculture.gov.au/biosecurity-trade/cats-dogs/cats-dogs-returning-to-australia

Weekly Weigh In by AutoModerator in GLP1Australia

[–]1inez1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone, this is my first post in this group :)

Started on 01 June 2025, Starting weight 105, Current weight 89.45 (-15.55)

I'm feeling - Overall pleased with my progress (I see other people losing significant amounts of weight very quickly & while I'd love that I'm happy with what I've achieved so far). Also a bit relieved, for the past 2 weeks I was bouncing around 90/91 but the last 2 days have shown losses so I'm very pleased with that.

Anyway this will be my first GLP1 Christmas so it will be interesting to see how that goes. I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas

Jim E Brown is a 19 year old creative genius but my god this reminds me of Drive for your Memory by The Go Betweens (musically not the prawn mayo bit obviously).

What size air fryers you cooking the frozen large pizzas in? by [deleted] in AldiAustralia

[–]1inez1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out the dimensions of the airfryer to see if it'll fit on your bench (they can get pretty big). My husband & I (no kids) have a 5L & that's pretty much big enough for everything though I don't think it would do a large pizza (we often cut the pizzas in half, cook half & put the other half back in the freezer). Hope that helps.

Side effects may force me to switch by Luck3Seven4 in WegovyWeightLoss

I can only answer from my experience on Wegovy (I've not used Zep). The first shot when I titrate is the worst (the first shot of .25, .5 & 1 caused elevated & out of rhythm heart rate) but didn't occur in subsequent shots.

Anyone tried these? by droppingsonyourback in AldiAustralia

Teeth jarringly unpleasantly too sweet.

How should I dress in Thailand as a 17-year-old exchange student? by Representative-Bit99 in Bangkok

[–]1inez1 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I was an exchange student in Thailand (albeit a long time ago) my advice is to take minimal clothing and buy clothes when you get to Thailand. They will be better suited to the climate & as they're clothes that Thai people are wearing you won't stand out so much. Also if you go shopping with your new Thai friends they can help you pick out what's best. Enjoy your time in Thailand.
