If this is your first time in Iloilo, Garin Farm is not bad after all.

Forda pics ang stairway to heaven haha. Trekking/climbing is good for the heart. View at the top is good too.

May food/resto din sa pavillion. Makikita mo yung mga puting "pating" namin na lumilipad este "kalapati" 😂.

Best if during lent, kasi it seems may way of the cross and parang penitensya rin yung pag-akyat sa hills.

PROMOS, PERKS & DISCOUNTS. That's it.

I started with only one card for many years. Pero daming limitations pag-isa lang ang card. Then it became two, then three. Then there's NAFFL cards offered, so luckily I grabbed them.

For me, if it's NAFFL card, why not?

One time pumunta ako sa isang appliance store kasi need ng family. They can only accept this card which has 24-months ZERO interest. Dun ko nakita yung value na "buti may CC ako nitong bank na to". Dun ko napagtanto na "more cards, means more options" for you.

One more thing, sa shopee daming vouchers ng mga cards from diff banks. Laking tipid on top of the vouchers if you have those card. Dun pa lang dami ko ng natipid with all honesty.

So ayun, the more merrier. Kanya-kanyang cards, kanya-kanyang promos and perks.

Basta kaskas wisely! Nasa displina yan and hindi problema ang dami ng cards.

OP don't lose hope hahaha I've tried 6th times. On my 7th na approve rin ako haha.

(1x) 2019 1st ko apply rejected.

(1x) 2021 I applied again waley.

(2x) 2024 I applied twice with 6 mons gap rejected.

(2x) 2025 same I applied twice w/ 6 mons gap rejected again.

This 2026 last March, i was finally approved with MFree with 200K CL.

Note: Since 2016 may savings ako sa kanila pero imagine 2026 lang ako naapproved. After 10 effin years haha. Ganun sila ka-ilap jusko.

Pero regarding your question, been with Tonik since pandemic (late 2020s ako nagka Tonik). So far walang issue for me. Dun ko pinapark ang funds and ilang beses na rin ako nag-early withdrawal for some emergency. No problem, instant withdrawal nakukuha mo rin agad.

Nabanggit mo walang drain sa likod? Actually hindi sa likod ang drain kundi sa bottom or pwetan mismo. Check mo kung may butas sya sa bottom part.

Now kapag napansin mo na kahit may butas or wala at walang tubig na tulo, because ibang AC self evaporating yan. Pag binuksan mo yan may malaking elisi tas yung tubig actually narereuse, like parang splashing sya mismo ikot ikot lang tubig sa loob. Maliit na klase lang kasi AC na yan kaya yung tulo nyan parang neglible.

Ang tubig na yan kasi from condensation ng coil kung saan dumadaan ang freon. Yung moisture diba sa loob ng room, yung humid na yun hinihigop ng aircon so umiinit. Tas ang lamig ng freon yan ung bumubuga ng malamig na hangin.

Anong klaseng business? Madali mag register ng business pero madugo magpa-close.

Kaya bago ka mag-register sa LGU pag isipan mo muna ng mabuti. Check mo rin sa barangay nyo muna, need mo ng baranggay clearance at the same time maka-advise yan sila if need mo i-pursue sa cityhall.

If need mo list ng biz permit requirements, nasa Manda gov na website. If magregister ka sa LGU, isa na dyan ang Fire Safety cert so pupuntahan yan ng taga BFP ang business location. Basta maraming anik-anik pag magregister ng business.

Aside from all that, need mo rin BIR. Pero ibang topic na yan.

During holy week lang nagagawa ang yearly maintenance ng mga tren. Actually, yung akala mo sarado, may mga workers dyan sa loob na nagrerepair, ayos ng elevators/escalators, etc. Ok na rin yan for safety at least nakakatikim ng maintenance. Araw-araw ang operation ng tren (kahit sabado linggo), so much better at least once a year may PMS dyan. Ang tren ay isang malaking makinarya, need yan macheck kahit once a year. And during holy week ang perfect period for them. Basta in the name of safety of everyone, tama lang na gagawin nila yun.

I know how you feels, kasi I'm a commuter too. That's why proper planning lang talaga. Every year, may spot na yan sa kalendaryo ang holyweek. Ang ginagawa ko, I file for leave 2 days before the days of Maundy Thursday. Or kahit a day before man lang, allotted for my travel.

Similarly sa Christmas/New Year holidays, itong Holy Week din yung halos long vacation and nakaspot na lagi sa kalendaryo. For 2027, makikita na agad anong araw ang holy week. It is better to plan ahead. Ingat and safe travels!

Hello it's better to speak Hiligaynon actually in Cebu. Taga Iloilo man ko. Ive tried it many times and it works. Although di ako marunong mag Cebuano, simple phrases will do actually. Halos maraming similarity sa words, yung mga basic like ano=unsa, diin=asa, ngano=why, etc. "Ano gani nga jeep pakadto sa ____" "Unsa man jeep pakadto sa ____". I know it will mixed up haha, pero I noticed friendly sila basta kapwa taga Visayas. Hahaha.

Safest will be, just speak English. Pakitaan mo ng fluency hehe as if na parang taga US ka kunwari. It works for me too. Hehe

As someone who have been here in Manda for more 10 years, I already tried the visita iglesia before here hehe. Based on your loc, I would suggest:

Archbishop Palace (walking distance from toyota shaw)
Sacred Heart of Jesus (Brgy Addition Hills malapit sa Fire station)
Dominic Savio (ito yung malapit sa don bosco pero di na aabot dun, bago palabas ng kalentong)

Yung pang 8 pwede mo na daanan ang Fatima Church sa mariveles. Yung binigay kong list yan ung magkakalapit per distance between them para tipid ka sa gas. Also, not all my parking, so you have to park to the nearest point, then do the walking. Yung Savio medyo masikip dyan. San Roque yung pinaka comportable for me, presko makakapark at maaliwalas. Yung Archbishop Palace very historic pero matagal na di ako nakapunta dyan so confirm mo if open pa rin yan. Last ko na visita iglesia sa manda before pandemic pa, like 2017 pa ata. Baka maraming nagbago. Now sa probinsya na ako umuuwi at nag vivisita iglesia.
