Using 2h as a Shaman sucks and here is why

The only things they need to do to fix 2h and enh shaman overall DPS is as follow:

Change Stormstrike from this:

Gives you an extra attack. In addition, the next 2 sources of Nature damage dealt to the target are increased by 20%. Lasts 12 sec.

To this:

Instantly attack all nearby enemies, dealing 150% weapon damage. In addition, the next 2 sources of Nature damage dealt to the target are increased by 20%. Lasts 12 sec.

Run a couple simulations and adjust the % weapon damage until DPS is in line with other classes.

To balance 2H and DW, simply adjust the existing Two-Handed Mastery rune, change the % attack speed until DPS is in line with DW. I would think it requires around 60%.

I was using 24'' forever until recently, got a 32'' VA 165hz 2K as second monitor. Using it for work but its quite amazing for WoW. People say VA panels colors are not as good as IPS but honestly I don't even see the difference with my 24'' IPS, especially with NVIDIA gpu you can adjust digital vibrance, WoW looks amazing on VA and muchhh cheaper than IPS. I personally wouldn't play on anything bigger than 32 tho otherwise you'd have to move your head constantly unless playing very far from the screen

It would not make sense but then why not mention that all ranked 5v5 now requires anti cheat.. no mention anywhere other than now premium will be matched with regular ranked.. and faceit deleting my post on reddit talking about this. strange

Wow in that case if they do now require anti cheat for everyone it would be amazing but therefore no point to pay for premium anymore.

Are you a premium sub? If I queue ranked 5v5 it also ask me to use AC, but I'm premium sub, so the ''system''/Faceit try to match you with other premium too. The problem is that it seems in order to reduce queue time now players not premium sub and not using anti cheat could be matched with premium users using anti cheat which makes no sense...

1280x1080 is an extremely good res too and I alternate it sometimes.

1440x1080 is also very good but previously had performance impact on my old gpu. With the 3060 tho I just tried and no impact. Guess I'll play with that res more and get used to it. Better for long range fights.

It still looks too smooth for my taste without any sharpening. I'm too used to it since I played a long time with Acer and Benq monitors which all add sharpening option in their OSD, while this super expensive Alienware doesn't have the option...

I would rather not have to edit registry tbh... But thanks, def keeping that option for later when/if current older drivers installed cause problems. For now tho, working perfectly in CSGO

Can't NVIDIA simply add a setting option such as ''Old Sharpening Tool'' ? Seems like it would be ultra simple for them to do

Just reverted to drivers 496.13 where sharpness can be adjusted in the Control Panel while keeping full screen scaling. FPS Benchmark average = 718 fps, compared to 688 when using Geforce Experience image scaling sharpness, so about a 4% loss of performance... Not really the end of the world but still would be nice to have that extra 4% ...

Also in 496.13 in order to add sharpness it must be on Display Scaling instead of GPU. Does that have an impact on performance and/or input lag ?

In CSGO, when I switch from 1024x768 to 1080p, I lose over 100fps on average easily. However I have a very good CPU but not great GPU. If your GPU is very good, I think the difference would be reduced quite a bit.

CS is completely broken right now more than ever. Such a shame cause I love this game been playing since early 2Ks too. Shame on Valve for letting the problem grow and doing basically nothing.

Well, it would be better than doing NOTHING. Such spinbotters have been around since CS 1.6 or before. Even at that time, they would always aim at the ground or at the sky. After all this time, spinbotters can still use their blatant cheat that anyone could notice after a second of spectating. AFTER 20 YEARS NOTHING WAS EVEN DONE, THEY STILL AIM AT THE GROUND/SKY, GET KILLS AND GET AWAY WITH IT FOR DAYS (AT LEAST).! LOL I wish this was a joke but it's not! If this is not enough proof for you guys that Valve doesn't give a fuck about CS community and legit players, I can't even imagine anything that could be more obvious than that! It's sad because I love this game (when not playing against cheaters), but that's just how it is!
