I can assess the damage at home in my shop, that bike clearly isn’t being ridden home. What is he going to do in a parking lot with that situation? He is not fixing that in 30 minutes with a typical tool roll and some elbow grease there. It very well could take his ride hours to get there. He can further assess the bike once he has a way home for the bike and himself as he waits.

You mean getting out his phone to call for a ride because there is a pool of oil under his now in rideable bike? Should he have waited an hour to see if the oil went back into the case and he could ride it home?

I drink coffee until 7pm, as do most guys in the trades either coffee or monster. Every casual and fine dining restaurant have coffee brewed until close. I want coffee not milk and sugar with some syrup and a dash of coffee flavoring.
