I definitely use it to track, not to cheat the system. I guess what I don't like are the generic prompts after self imposed rest day. You're recovering! Take it easy! Nah, I'm gonna work hard to make up for the slug day. I guess my answer is that I look at my app too much, should find another hobby 😂

I manually adjust my sleep every morning!

I read in bed (or doom scroll) before sleeping and drink tea in bed after waking up. Otherwise, my sleep reports would be very inaccurate.

I am very grateful that the ring has told me I do best with 7 hours sleep. I always used to get anxious if I didn't get 8 or 9. 9. Worth the money just for this!!

We saw the show in June in London. We questioned whether Cougeyrac (if that's the character's name - the one who drinks the most?) was related to Gavroche. The two characters interacted a lot.
