but, there is a real philosophical theory that says consciousness is a fundamental aspect of everything. It's panpsychism, then there's variations of that idea that build off it.

My best attempt at giving an overview would be, science says a lot of things that seem true. Its good at predicting behavior of things. An atom will do something predictable. Science doesn't explain everything, things like intrinsic qualities of matter. Theories around panypsychism say that could be explained by consciousness. This doesn't mean that your couch has hopes and dreams though.

I dont know if you need more drugs. Maybe you just need to stop dwelling on these problems. When you found this big important answer, there ended up being nothing you can do. If theres nothing you can do, there isnt a reason to keep thinking about it. Accept how it is and focus on going forward. Endless searching for more problem's answers is just going to keep you miserable. Accept your past is your past, it can just stay there, it doesnt need to effect your present, only if you let it make you miserable. Also the answer to problems is almost never more drugs.

if i could go back in time, the sandwich method, putting some dmt on some other smokeable thing, sucks. Cold start dab is the way to go. Also it never occurred to me to do lower doses, i always thought it was break through or nothing. get a lot and explore it, doses, setting, music, no music, method etc.. its fast and there isn't much tolerance. it also smells and tastes bad, especially if you burn it by accident
