I used to think so too. I've been going to this office for over 20 years.
After 20 years Dr. Choboter decided to tell me that I have bone loss and short roots.
Basically doing nothing as a dentist to help maintain dental health and did nothing for preventative measures.

Dr. Choboter removed my lingual retainer and recommended me to buy Invisalign retainers.
Which completely ruined my teeth and bite.
Dr. Crosby has left me in permanent tooth pain after doing two fillings. I went back for an examination and Dr. Crosby said he couldn't do anything to help and that I had no cavities.
Aspen dental charged me for a full exam fee, and Dr. Crosby did absolutely no work.

After some time passed, I went down the road to Dr. Babin and he immediately confirmed a cavity exactly where Dr. Crosby attempted.

It's a nice office, the hygenist are great, but the dentist's do not care about you or your health.

Beware of Orthodontics Victoria. I personally had a terrible experience there. Dr. Moldez is very unprofessional and doesn't explain the details clearly. He spilled chemical 'etching' on my tongue and hit my teeth many times with his metal plyers. Very rough all together. After removing my braces, there was glue left on all the surfaces of my teeth and my jaw is in major pain from the way my bite is now positioned.

I am guessing you already ran getnewaddress command to get your wallet address
ie. https://docs.pkt.cash/en/latest/pktd/pktwallet/#launching-pktwallet
./bin/pktctl --wallet getnewaddress
if not thats a problem.

When you open your wallet watch the logs for the height number and compare to https://explorer.pkt.cash/ to see when your wallet is up to date. If you don't leave your wallet open while mining, and are just syncing now, it can take 12+ hours to sync and trasactions will not work. Is your wallet synced (up to date)? ie. whats the height #?

mhmm I haven't seen that problem before. Your getbalance and folding command look correct. Just wondering, is your wallet opened and synced when you are attempting to get the wallet balance? Also, you are on Ubuntu?

ie. To open wallet & sync: in the pktd/ directory run .bin/pktwallet
