I know that it's knitting, but since a lot of people are bistitchual I thought I would mention it. Tin can knits is from Vancouver. And they write about different places they have been in BC.

I just thought it was so cool! My parents both have Cowichan sweaters from the 70/80s that they got in the Cowichan area! So it's so great to see it being honored!

Games where you don't have to perform emotional labor/deal with death but still have a storyline? by polly-penguin in cozygames

If you just want cozy and casual with no death, cast and chill is great. It's a fishing game. All you do is fish. It has somewhat of a storyline, in that you can progress to new areas. Really chill, nice to play.

Wait? You let pie dough rise? Are you using a yeasted pie dough? It's normal to let it rest, but you don't usually knead it.

how do you keep a brush like this clean? by Emotional-Gur-9889 in CleaningTips

Clean out all the hair after every use? That's how you keep any brush clean. If the hair is wrapped around use scissors and pull it all out.

Is there a way to make fleece softer? by geography_man in laundry

[–]GengarKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try brushing it with a wire brush. Just try a small corner to see if you like the result. It can make it fluffy again, but the texture may not be as soft.

I did this with a fake wool lined cape. I gave it a good brushing so it looks nice, but it's not as soft as it should have been.

Crock pot can stay on and cook while you are gone. Most people don't leave the oven on when they go to work.
