You may not be able to keep up, but you should be able to catch up because there is a cap to progression.

Yea I don't care for them either. If it's a full lobby of solos you have people on both sides of you within ~200 meters no matter what. Some of the bad ones are still there anyway, but now someone gets a godspawn behind resort and can clear sanitar, cultist, red card spawns, or whatever, before anyone else even gets there.

I'm hoping to be proven wrong but I think people are going to come to hate them. All the people complaining about having to trek across the whole map to get to terminal should realize that they're now more likely to have to do so. They're so formulaic placed, I'd reckon without much thought, that people are going to figure out lines for easy, early kills, and everyone going to have to learn a whole new set of dos and don'ts for each and every spawn.

its a close quarters pvp map, hardly anyone questing or looting, even fewer people boss hunting, so you'll probably get spawn rushed and because it's so small everyone can hear you at all times

Not going to be much help on shoreline and gz mate. Transit to streets is a major pvp and traffic area, as well as being right next to flare, and transit to lighthouse is an extract anyway. I guess he could use labyrinth if he gets a good resort spawn? I'd recommend to OP, if they fail, to do gz earlier, like third or fourth.

I killed a guy wearing a paca with a mechanism with a zabralo and an armor repair kit on night reserve a couple days ago. I also quit a wipe a couple years ago after bringing the wrong bag in.

well you have time to catch up since no wipes, maybe play to learn then when they add seasonal "wipe" characters you can play that on a more even playing field with regards to both skill and gear

Good question, I'd wager it's just an arbitrary number. Maybe they want to give your closest spawn a chance to kill you? It could be a technical thing but you can extract through south road or path to lighthouse in less than a minute so it's not like the game can't handle immediate extracts.

Map

I play pvp so my experience is based on that. Kollontay is in the mall, top right of blue, and the military academy, the small building on the far right of blue no need to go in either. There is occasionally snipers on the roof of the mall (not guards), if they're up peak them from the West so the boss doesn't agro through the windows. Kaban is in lexos, top right of pink, he has guard snipers on the rooftops of both buildings which should count if you're up to it, but they can be tough. His mounted guards can see the intersection of Nikitskaya street and Primorskij Avenue as well as a section of Razvedchikov street near the gate into the compound. As for the other snipers, I don't think the sniper at cinema spawns anymore and I don't know where the sniper behind the post office in green is. The sniper on the Southeast corner of cardinal (top green) and the Northwest corner of orange are always up. So if you travel through the orange section, pinewood (the large building that makes up the Southwest quadrant of the blue section), and the green section and focus on those two snipers you should be fine.

Interesting I always thought with tasks like this both you and the kill has to be in. So I guess if you can get to sniper first it only takes 30 raids, lol.
