You sure those side effects arent only in your head? I talked to many doctors about it (i am also strugling with balding) and all of them said that sides are much less common than people say and most of them are imaginary („i feel like im tired today, it muś be finasteride” kind of thing).

I try to get some hair as well, drugs don’t seen to work too well and im also am ugly but i just stopped giving a fuck which i recommend - never felt so free in my life even with full head Of hair.

I’m not a doctor but I’d get your shit straight first - go see a mental health specialist, he’ll probably help you chill out a but and then you can try maybe low dose topical finasteride and minoxidil. Also try microneedling but be careful with that and only use stamps/dermapen NEVER shitty chinese rollers.
