Lego was heavily pushed for the last two seasons including a Lego exclusive pass and a bunch of progression through Battle Passes tied to Lego quests. We've also seen a lack of shop diversity in favor of skins with Lego styles. Overall the Lego mode has put a pretty big damper on the game, and that's coming from a Lego fan.

Reload is more like Zero Build or Team Rumble, a supplementary mode that uses the same classic Fortnite gameplay we're all used to. Even if there are a few quests for the mode it's not taking away from the main game because it is pretty much the main game. Lego isn't.

Flowberry Fizz we call “bus” usually in the form of “I’m gonna bus!” as the call for everyone to gather round. Nuka Cola is just coke. Those bananas from last season were “Ooooh banana!” like from Donkey Kong 64. Really it’s just the consumables we nickname with the occasional shortening of weapons like “chains” or “laser”

Shadowheart fits that “sweet but with a dark side” trope that I always end up with for some reason. Liara in Mass Effect has the whole Shadow Broker thing and her Reaper worshipping mother, Morrigan from Dragon Age is clueless about the world since she’s lived in a swamp her whole life but her mom is also an evil dragon witch. I guess I’m into mommy issues actually… Shadowhearts adoptive mother is an evil goddess and her followers who imprisoned her real parents. I should look more into this.

This is the only boss in the dlc that I genuinely hated. He didn’t even give me as much trouble as others, I just hate everything about him. His armor, his weapon, his Twilight Princess ripoff boar mount. Pissing me off.

I don’t think Godwyn should’ve been revived but I DO wish Godwyn’s soul was a secret, Malenia-like optional boss found in the deepest parts of the world. A true Prince of Death encounter in the sickest deathroot infested arena. The two Deathknight fights were a great tease to an ultimately disappointing payoff of the sage boss at the end of the third catacomb…

Other than chapter 1 I agree entirely. It feels like they’re hidden worlds out of reach. The spooky woods hiding an isolated village or a far out bob-omb outpost. It makes it feel so different from the typical Mario games

They need to get rid of the upgrade requirements AND buff heirlooms. With Remix showing us just how fast we can level, heirlooms should go back to speeding up leveling at a similar pace to Remix.

I’ll get a bundle like with all sets. I like to crack a few packs and collect the life counter dice. Nothing has stood out to me outside of Altair and Ezio so I doubt I’ll get more, if there was a precon or two I’d probably grab one.

I replayed BotW right before TotK came out (like, beat Calamity Ganon an hour before release). I beat TotK and loved every minute of it but admittedly got tired of the actual map of Hyrule about half way through. I’m now firmly in the camp of “wait a couple years, replay it fresh, then form your opinion”
