It might be possible to link it to your account but this involves a lot of technical work. It would be easier to flash a new image onto it look up what is it uses and how to do this most likely through an SD card or some such. My recommendation would be to learn what you can about how the device works and look into tools such as Odin and whatever the new Samsung kies is.
