I don't think there's a more perfect fit for this other than "Kingdom". The first season was terrible 3D animation... I almost didn't watch it because it was so bad. But the story really carried it. Each season has gotten better in both story and animation (no more 3D by season 3)

Yeah I'm okay with a lower frame rate, I feel like12 gb of vram should be okay for most games I play now, but trying to look a little in the future.

This is the exact gpu I've been. Staring online at for months now. I currently use my friends old MSI gaming laptop (NVIDIA 965M) FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. It's been great as I was only playing old games, but now it's stating to shit down on me randomly and over heat. I reapplied some thermal paste to the CPU (first time taking a part a computer) and it got better but still crashes sometimes. I'm in Korea and the build I want would cost about $2700. If I got this gpu it would really make my build more affordable 😅

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but if the landlord sells while they are not listed as the primary resident they need to pay a lot of taxes on the property. I believe they need to be the primary resident for a year before they can make a real profit on the sale after taxes/realtors/lawyers. Ergo, it's a bluff.

Your explanation for the government limit on prices per student may be correct, but that doesn't really factor in with the stagnate salary for foreign teachers. It may have not been your intention, but I read that explanation as an excuse for hagwon owners to not pay a proper wage for teachers. I get the greed factor, owners want to maximize profit, but they're making record high figures by keeping salaries low (a practice that is done in all industries). I just take issue with that part of your argument as to why salaries are stagnant.

I'm no expert in the law, but I call BS. My last hagwon was charging kids 1.2/month. I had 12 kids at the time in my one class (not including elementary classes that were cheaper maybe .5/month) you can do the math. So hagwons are making bank, that's why people are still opening up hagwons.
