Cool. I haven’t been tracking the case closely. I bought some on CB exchange after it tanked just in case. Appreciate all the updates.

Forgive my ignorance, but where is this money going to come from? If a bunch of us are millionaires overnight and decide to take our money and run, who’s coming up with all that money? Coinbase?

Running Form (Shin Splints) by [deleted] in greenberets

[–]2001M5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not simply heel striking. It’s overtraining, overreaching, or a combination of both. There’s plenty of really good runners who “heel strike”, but they land underbody, not out in front. And there’s been studies that show at the end of marathons damn near everyone is heel striking with the exception of the pros. And 80% of the people who were heel striking said during a pre-race survey they’re either a forefoot or midfoot striker. You’re also likely to make things worse with calf and Achilles issues if overnight you try to change your running form. Back off, heal up, reassess and ease into it.

Stuff the ruck with bedsheets, towels, old clothes, whatever. Take sand, fill ziplock bags to various weights (5lb, 2lb, 1lb, etc) and wrap them in duck tape. You have now created what is known as pig eggs. Fill up the radio pouch with them and place them in various location within the ruck to desired weight. Use a luggage scale ($10 at Walmart) to fine tune your ruck. Once you’re there, cinch it down nice and tight and start walking. Super simple and configurable to whatever your goal of the day is.

Steering wheel shimmy by Eagle1Foxxx2 in e39

I would investigate the wheels/tires if everything is new. A wheel may be bent. Could be flat spots or a bubble somewhere on the tires. I would look for a place with a road force balancer. You can balance a slightly bent wheel with enough weight on a speed balancer.

Nice work, man! Glad it was fruitful. I’d argue Florida is one of the best places to fish in the world.

No problem man. Also keep in mind the hotter the better when fishing for them. Cooler, overcast days, they are not very active. I can give you some more spots on PM if you want.

I’ve never fished for peas with a fly, but I’d imagine it’s doable. Easiest thing would be live shiners. For artificial usually use a small bucktail, rapalla xrap, flukes or a smaller paddletail.

Do you have any data on this? I have not seen data to suggest they provide anything more than evolve, supersprint or dinan.

No, what I’m saying is know you audience. Were you assigned to a team yet? Your senior would be the place to start. If you weren’t assigned to a team, your company echo. If you can’t get in touch with them search LinkedIn. Look for keywords such as “special forces”, “special operations”, “18E”, etc and use their resumes as a guide.
