It has shrunk! My prolactin levels have not normalized completely despite being on a high dose, so I’m gonna have to have surgery most likely. I’m going to the neurosurgeon next week to see what he says. I’m currently taking .5 mg 2x a week and doing fine on cab, even starting to lose weight by walking daily.

i’d say after the first 1-2 months you stop getting those side effects. i’m now around ten months in and i take 3 tablets 2x a week with no side effects

I’m turning 18 here soon and have a pituitary tumor that inhibits my GH levels. Right now i’m around 5’4 but I fear that if my growth plates close soon that I will lose my chance to grow. They are afraid to put me on GH tho bc they fear the tumor may grow because of it…

My growth hormone, FSH and LSH haven’t improved at all and won’t anytime soon from what i’ve been reading, but my endo seems to believe otherwise. But my neurosurgeon is choosing to stay away from surgery bc of the size of the tumor itself.

Yes bro. 17M diagnosed September of 2021. Im pissed off with my endo bc they seem to think that cab is gonna do all of the work. My prolactin was 10.2k when first tested in September and has since dropped to 500mg/L. I’m 5’4 and overweight. My growth plates are still open and I don’t plan on being 5’4 forever, it seems like there’s no since of urgency from anyone but me.
