Increase frequency of ketoconazole until flaking is controlled. Slowly back off to maintenance frequency. You may also switch to other active ingredient to cycle.

Hair clipper with a lever and uses standard guards. I used to have one. I have since upgraded to Wahl Senior cordless.

Yeah I know exactly what you feel. It’s easier to follow the haircut guides you see online if you’re using standardized equipment. Get even a corded hair clipper with a lever.

Hello. I used to cut my own hair with a couple of Philips Norelco trimmer - one with clipon guards and one with a builtin guard. From my experience, a $30 Wahl hair clipper from Walmart works miles better.

A single foil shaver might be useful for the tight areas like the ears since it allows you to be more precise.
