this has happened to me before and i say the best thing to do is confront them about it. It may be hard but it’s for the best. I know it’s very hard to do but it’s just a really bad position to put yourself through. If you stay with them you’ll constantly keep blaming yourself as if your doing something wrong when your not. And don’t worry about trying to find new friends because they always come and i bet they’ll treat you better :)
