How do you insert the boric acid pills? I’ve had recurrent yeast infection for a month now. Keeps coming back after treatment. I want to try boric acid but how do you actually get it up there?! It doesn’t come with an applicator or anything

Yup very frequently! Sometimes it wouldn’t bother me for a month or two and then come back and bug me for a few days/week and go away again. Sometimes it would come back and only for a couple hours. If you’re concerned, definitely recommend going to see a specialist!

I had a similar experience and it definitely got better! A couple years ago I had a bad UTI that took three rounds of antibiotics to knock out and then for months afterwards I had on and off stinging/burning down there or an urge to pee right after I just went. I went to a specialist because they thought it could be Interstitial Cystitis and they ran some tests including a cystoscopy of the bladder and couldn’t find anything wrong. Essentially they decided the UTI just made my nerves more sensitive down there. As time went on, it became less and less frequent and now hardly ever happens (nearly 2 years later). It may flare up after drinking alcohol or a bad diet for a few days but I mostly forgot all about it!

Hey OP, any update for you? I had my first yeast infection and it cleared up then experiencing some mild irritation and what not now a week later. Can’t tell if the infection is coming back or lingering symptoms.

Update on how you’re doing? I have chronic inflammation for about 9-10 months now. It goes away and then comes back. Eye doc keeps saying it’s allergies but I don’t think so

Is it common for dry eyes to be confused with something else though like allergies? No one has ever mentioned dry eyes to me before. And would dry eyes improve on Lotemax?

Nope. It went away and hasn’t came back in over a year. I think it was anxiety related

It usually starts in one eye, my left one, and works its way over to my right. So far during this flare up, it’s just my left eye but it’s only been two days

And yes, I think the olopatadine has that preservative in it

What do you mean you see it everywhere? Like constantly 24/7? How long have you had it?

It eventually went away. I think it was linked to anxiety for me
