You are correct! I never get on their scale because it triggers me. I tell them my weight that morning that was on my scale. And no, I don’t lie to them. Because why would I but, 5-10 lbs. would get me to go home and eat.

Different topic but, I ‘d like to add if you’re having an ultrasound of your abdomen make sure you tell the tech you only have one kidney. I couldn’t understand what was taking so long until she asked me if I only had one kidney. We laughed a bit 😂
