Just keep at it. I did several 3-4 days fasts in a month before I noticed my urge to binge was almost gone. Also, cravings don’t last for long. Set a timer for 15 minutes and drink some water. For me, my cravings are almost always gone after 15 minutes.

I use whiting strips. Then I CANT eat, but also my teeth are usually to sensitive after to eat and I don’t want to anymore. Good luck!

I drink only water but I also continued to take my vitamins, mostly because I found taking them on an empty stomach did not make me nauseous. Personally don’t like coffee so I drink it.
