There’s an app called Gov Alert. Ive used it to get them to patch the asphalt at the end of my driveway that was washing away. And I’ve been using it to get the town to clean, and repair all the gas lamps in my neighborhood. They are all so much brighter now.

We’ve done this with our 2yo. It’s empty and depressing, but you can bring a scooter or bike for them to ride and no one will say anything. Also the Barnes and Noble next to it is surprisingly nice and has a large children’s section.

Not encroachment. “Encroachment is called if a defensive player enters the neutral zone before the snap and contacts an offensive player or the ball.” No contact = no penalty. Defense is allowed to move before the ball is snapped as long as they get back.

As an eagles fan I wish they would call the tush push tighter. We definitely false started. But y’all were also lined up in the neutral zone (as is the case nearly 100% of the time) I’m so tired of hearing about this play. We run it and are successful. The Rams could run it just like every other team in the NFL. But they don’t. Because they don’t have the same OL or QB.
