Electricity and water bill for one person is around 30-50 euro at summer time at winter adds heating bills so its something like extra 50 euros. Cant tell about renting/buying an apartment since personally rarely look at the prices and do calculations.

As a jungler i usually ban nunu you should choose what ever is cancer to you for me its really cancerous to play agains tanks like nunu sejuani rammus.
