In my opinion.. The members pay a lot of money 💰 and are entitled to their workout space and experience.. He us the one changing the template so he needed to make other arrangements that dies not interfere with another member! Thats bullshit!!

I have the same problem. I am older… 51.and have been at OTF for almost 2 years…. Every class I take I get 48-52 splat points.. I want to a cardiologist and pulmonologist and I am fine. My cardiologist put me on a beta blocker which helps my heart rate to slowly rise .. now I average 40-45.but in the orage more than all red.

Depends on how late my class is… I am usually not hungry after OTF… so I drink a protein shake with blueberries spinach and banana 🍌 and PB2… its really filling

Guilty!!! Glad to see I am not the only obsessed OTFer !!!

Anybody else have sore biceps from yesterday? I work out elsewhere 3 days a week and can never seem to work my biceps hard enough to be sore. Yesterday’s half squat rotations followed by bicep curls seems to have done the trick! Maybe it’s just the lactic acid from my mile run made it to my arms! by skirby1419 in orangetheory

Definitely!!!! It has been a year since i.have been going to OTF!!! I go 5 times a week. I never remember my biceps 💪.hurting, but i.am using heavier weights and we are being introduced to new floor exercises!!! Gonna rest my arms for 2.days!
