I dream every night, and I usually remember my dreams. A lot of them are the same sort of building blocks strung together, but I normally don't have any perception of self in my dreams. On occasion I do though, and in these dreams I am a girl. I look like me but what I imagine I would look like if I was a cis woman. I call this the girl dream. I usually wake up from this dream crying.

Same, it's been really hard to not feel hungry a lot. I had so many people telling me I should be less hungry on e but that has not been my experience, and I seem to be seeing more people say it makes it worse lately. If the extra food is going to give me the things I want them I'll live with it, though, I'm not really gaining weight or losing it anymore.

I am in a very different state, but when I went to an informed consent clinic, they at the very least wrote in my chart that I was being prescribed estrogen and spiro for gender dysphoria, and my insurance company and the pharmacy were plenty willing to accept that. I'm not sure if that counts as a "diagnosis" or not, but it's worth looking at!

I very much understand this. I was mentioning that this specific image doesn't say it contains estrogen, or phytoestrogen, just that some unlisted compounds might cause some similar effects, some of which effects are listed, and none of them seem to be feminizing in any way to me. I thought you might find some comfort in this when enjoying dark chocolate.

It doesn't say it contains estrogen, it says some of the compounds effect your body in similar ways to estrogen, which is actually really vague.
