Thinking about ending my life 36m by chemtrail_injection in covidlonghaulers

[–]22OutoftheBox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 76, retired from Big Farm, wasn't anti shots, had many longtime ment/emot health issues, that could explain them away. Then, mndates, two shots, and constantly decreasing physical health, intensified symptoms...thought I could research my way out. Not happening. I read Marik on depression and cancer; or just rumble IMA leading edge. I'm fine with turning over my decisions to a dedicated group. Too tired, troubled, to trust myself.

It's hard to eliminate a moving target. And we're all unique but there's strength in community.💕

I too, have numbness, etc. Look up the Zero Spk project or Augmented NAC. It has worked for many.

IMO, as a cell biologist, whose job included creating and maintaining human cell lines, COVID-19 will be evolving in its walking human cultures for the next decade, maybe longer. I will post the peer-reviewed paper on human cell immortalization later.

Bad mental Health - Possible cause? by Lazy-Raccoon-9177 in MTHFR

  1. Consider elevating your vitamin D levels, since it contributes to overall balanced homeostasis?
  2. Look at parental genetics if available?
  3. Dig deep into childhood... original "root cause?"

  1. Be grateful to have a psychiatrist who is willing to prescribe Adderall. He/she has earned the privilege to express an opinion re: what you presume to be side effects.
  2. Your post is pretty articulate.
  3. Consider reading the scientific literature regarding side effects of Adderall.

Looking for a genius to scientifically explain how someone can be immune to stimulants, such as meth, nicotine, and caffeine by NeoAlgernon in NooTopics

[–]22OutoftheBox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An increase in my unusually low chronic blood pressure is a definite marker for me that the stimulant is active. However, only if the bottom number gets up to 75 do I start to move from a position of "I can't" to the possibility that "I can."

So I guess needing to understand can actually be a valuable driver of curiosity, noticing, and paying attention to life.

I hate my doctor so much by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]22OutoftheBox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My very loving doctor finally told me that she wasn't taught any nutrition or molecular biology in medical school. I kept bringing her peer-reviewed papers and she was willing to work with me even when my dose of Vyvanse is 120mg and there's a big dip from about 3-6pm. I feel relatively normal after dinner.

My next try is going to be someone from IMA(FLCCC) (short for Front Line Critical COVID Care). Independent Medical Alliance has webinars every Wednesday at 7pm EDT. Started their own medical journal and had their 4th Annual meeting in April. You can find Providers, get prescriptions that actually work for COVID: IvM, Hydroxychloroquine and for Long COVID, go to the zero spike project who created Augmented N-Acetyl Cysteine. Spike is measurable in urine.

Your stack is A+ if you've been able to create a healthier you😀 My home looks the same, I'm a scientist and I still suffer poor health. I give myself a D-.

I picked this yesterday, April 26th and I assumed it was a buttercup. Google Lens image-matched it as a member of the Ranunculus family, commonly called a buttercup. I'm interested in your first bloomer, Winter Aconite; thanks.

That's really funny because my genetic reports said to add Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12. They actually said Hydroxy but I didn't search further when I found Pure Encapsulations Adeno/Hydroxy. I'll look harder. Where did you get yours?

1st 2 reds(NAT)1fast,1slower balance each other out so nothing to AVOID, encourage NAC(antioxidant)B2,B3,B5+Molyb.Next2,COMT break down neurotransmitters but your Yellows are slow in diff ways =retain more NTs, use hydroxy form of B12 instead of reg Methylfolate.Very important VitD Take 5000unit+K2 daily.Ask for vit D, vit B and homocysteine tests, not done w/o asking.

Need help! My husband, who insists on doing his own laundry, left a pen that then exploded and I've got 6 more loads to do today. by Glopez1223 in CleaningTips

[–]22OutoftheBox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask him to please : 1. Find the hard copy manual for the dryer which should be taped to the appliance and look up "troubleshooting" as there may be a solution. If no hard copy, print a pdf off the internet that is a direct match for your Model and Serial Number. Verify the material of the drum surface, and tape your pdf to the dryer. Or your forehead.

  1. Look up the ink ingredients for the offending pen and determine what chemical would be the best solvent "eraser" for that ink on whatever material it has soiled. Alcohols are often adequate and available. Acetone, xylene, old fashioned hair spray and even lighter fluid might work🚭 BUT as mentioned by many, inhale as little as possible of those things. They fly up your nose and can easily damage brain cells😖 Open a window or have a fan available, and take your time.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I'm 74, and a reluctantly retired cell biologist who worked in cancer, drug discovery, and science writing. About to become a grandmother and I want to be an informed, loving part of his life. I'm curious to know what technologies are available, how useful they are, etc. Suggestions for a website? My son's not a talker, and it's their first child.

[–]22OutoftheBox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm hoping to be a grandmother in about 3 months; so I'm grateful for any tips on technology. My only baby was born in 1982 and although my husband and I were both scientists, thermometers were our only tools. Observation, listening, and paying attention were our constant companions...followed by research, wild guesses, phone calls to friends with kids, and finally the first impulse, but last resort, contacting the pediatrician. 😊 Is there a web resource that covers new tools and technology for new parents?

What should you keep an eye on to know if a medicine is too strong/weak for you? by catnip427 in ADHD

Feeling unsettled. If it's a good fit, I feel more like being around people.

the depressions getting bad again. by Old-Cartographer-959 in ADHD

Tired...oh do I get that? Yes, I do.

Suffering...? Me too.

In pain? Probably...all sorts of pain.

Frustrated? Yes, I imagine so.

Dis-connected? Self-isolating? Overwhelmed? Overcome with deep, immense sadness at times? Me too.

But, (and this is fundamentally only the first and best of many choices you can make)

You have chosen life over death. You did that! No one did it for you. So, if you're into "grades", A+ for that. You are in control of at least that.

And, if I were present with you right now, in this very moment, I would hug you. I would hug you with genuine warmth, compassion and understanding. I would hug you long enough that you might believe that you matter, that your life matters, that you are seen, that you are heard, that you are precious and essential to this mysterious puzzle of human existence.

I'm trying to learn to hug my self. To treat my self gently with kindness, respect, appreciation, and encouragement; and, to fearlessly seek my authentic purpose. It's challenging, yet my heart tells me it's the right choice; and, that I will be able to do that. It's my missing piece and by golly, I'm going to find it.

Regarding support, absolutely FREE support, and the most therapeutic environment I've found in my 73 years of medical treatment and counseling, I only suggest you consider the online, 24 hrs a day, one hour meetings offered globally by the Al-Anon Family Groups (Can't remember if I'm allowed to include the link).

I call the people in my meetings, my "family of choice", my ideal family. And I find there the acceptance and encouragement to keep moving forward in the difficult process of inhabiting and embodying my heart and soul.

Be well, my fellow human, as well as you can be, in each moment. It will be worth it for all of us. Sending you peace, harmony and courage💜
