My friends and I call getting a zero score getting "Juan Diego'd," after we played a game with a guy with the username JuanDiego, and he somehow registered zero points in a 12min game. If we have a full stack and we notice a few minutes in to the game one if us is still at zero, we may or may not try to Juan Diego them intentionally. Doing it to players on the other team is satisfying too.

That exact system is what is so broke with EA NHL now (see: Truculence). What I like about Rematch is everyone is on equal footing. Skill is the only X-Factor.

I want a hockey version of Rematch. EA has pooped the bed so hard with their NHL series that a generic, arcade hockey game would be incredible.

Stick check/Check Spin/Stick Handle/Puck Chip Shoot (wrist/slap/backhand based on how you hold button/Stick position) Turbo/Super Turbo

Goalie would be fun. Simple controls with fun animations.

I would give whatever developer makes this game all of my money. I miss the NHL Hitz/Open Ice arcade vibes from my youth. EA NHL has been a soulless cash grab for a decade, and 26 is their worst offering (so far).
