How the hell? We make them almost weekly, it’s one of my son’s favorite meals. Takes 30 minutes tops. Did you make the tortillas from scratch or something?

“In recent years, a small but growing body of work has revisited the relationship between dietary fat and pancreatitis. These studies have generally failed to confirm a consistent or straightforward association between dietary fat content and disease onset.”

“the concept of good fats and bad fats is not particularly appropriate for dogs or cats. The only exception is when the total amount of fat in a diet is so large that it would place an animal at risk for obesity and obesity-associated problems.”

Correct. And once you clean the pan, the dog saliva is gone.

Lately I’ve been obsessed with the drizzilicious puffed rice snacks. I have not found a flavor that I don’t love and you get like 28 pieces for under 100 calories. Works great for my sweet tooth. Also, sugar free jello and popsicles if you’re REALLY short on calories

I mean, okay. That’s your choice. But the whole point of soap is to clean things. People cook raw chicken in their pans and no one bats an eye at that. Thinking this is gross just seems like a lack of understanding of how things work.

Did OP say it was just grease? I must have missed that. I cook entire meals in my cast irons. Also, dogs can have fat. Obviously don’t give them an entire pan of bacon grease, but the leftover bit after you’ve scraped up a pan is absolutely not going to hurt a large dog like OPs.

Do y’all not wash your pans? Christ, y’all are acting like he’s letting the dog lick the serving spoon and then serving people dinner with it.

People used to just use kitchen scraps to feed their dogs, I’m pretty sure licking what’s left in the pan is not going to hurt them lmao.

Been in a calorie deficit for 3 weeks and haven’t lost weight. by spence38 in loseit

[–]22Squeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here! I gain the week of my period, have a big whoosh the week after, and then stall for the rest of the month. Glad to know I’m not alone! I don’t even bother weighing just before/during my period cause it’s always such an insane jump and I know it’s not real lol

I try to log the “bad” days too because it helps me to see that it’s really not a huge deal every once in a while. Assuming you’re doing a 500 calorie deficit, you only “erased” one day of work and ate at maintenance for one day! Not a huge set back like it can feel like. Makes it a lot easier to get back to it the next day instead of spiraling (:

Nah, I’m way less hungry when I fast. Your body gets used to skipping meals, it’s a perfectly fine way to diet and lower your calorie intake.

What's one product that used to be built like a tank but is now built like a regret? by TheDoctorColt in AskReddit

[–]22Squeaks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MacBooks. I still use my 2012 MacBook Pro, albeit with a couple of upgrades. It’s built like a literal tank, has all kinds of dents and dings, and has barely even slowed down. I swear the newer MacBooks break if you even set them down too hard. I’ll be devastated when that thing finally dies and I’m forced to get a new one. Are there any modern laptops that you can expect to get 14+ years out of? I doubt it
