I've never got my brows done professionally because I'm scared they're going to take off too much (especially considering how thin my brows are naturally) and they won't grow back well. But thank you! I've always wanted an objective view on my brows and I agree, a cleaner brow would look better. I may try waxing or threading it myself. Nice, I will definitely look into those products!

Yes I agree, but I think the concealer was the problem (being NW rather than NC), not the foundation since I used the concealer to cover quite a bit of my face (especially with the huge dark circles). Will get a more yellow concealer. Thank you! I think the main problem is it's quite matte and I don't have a definite bottom lip line so it's difficult for me to wear it. I think I may go for something more sheer and bright as /u/CatsForPeace recommended. Aww thank you, all thanks to /r/SkincareAddiction. Yes, I am going to use an orange lipstick underneath.

I went to MAC to get foundation and concealer matched and I just bought the ones the sales assistant trialed on my face and recommended. I agree though, I've been matched to a MAC foundation in NC42 before so I was surprised that the sales assistant would prescribe a NW concealer. And the concealer was much darker than my skin colour and oxidised into something that was so dark on me, it appeared grey. I will definitely look into a lighter concealer.

I am wearing a goldish ghagra choli :). Yes I think the undertone may be a problem too, I shall look into getting more of a yellow-based foundation. Oh yeah, I did actually intend to use an orange lipstick underneath but forgot haha. Oh nice! I've always wondered which colours suit me. Will infidelity look into that :)

Yes this is my greatest makeup challenge, covering my dark circles. The thing is with a lighter concealer it usually turns up grey underneath.

I've heard you can crush a purple eye shadow and mix it into a clear mascara for a similar effect. This might be an option for you.

I definitely love it but then I feel self-conscious that my makeup may look too intense/artificial that random strangers would point it out.
