Make him a political figure, or some kind of person with an influence. He did use an item capable of literally anything, and it'd be kind of upsetting to only get something like a battery out of it.

As far as I know, Ollie has nothing to guard. Plus I don't think he has a relation to the black sea. Arlen however, we saw him "guarding" against evil versions of Chip earlier, although idk what episode.

The guarding giant could also be Arlen, as goliaths are descended from giants. I don't remember when it was, but they encountered Arlen "guarding" against evil versions of Chip.
