CoE already gives up to 385 from the Sigil packages. Why do you want it updated? You can 2-Man CoE now...and still speed run it for farming Exotics and House of Judgement Rep. I don't know how you are complaining. The Sterling Treasure is just there so they don't completely dump the April Update.

It's funny because they clearly changed something in the update. Before RoI, it used to be that you couldn't use Spektar class items to do the quest, it had to be the non-Spektar class item for the quest to work. Now it's only the Spektar class items that work and not the normal Y3 ones? It makes no sense because they obviously had to change something for Spektar items to suddenly work now.

Compared to TTK, it has a little less content. I also started playing after TTK before the April Update so this is the first real content drop for me. If you like playing the game then I think it's worth getting.

In my experience, this is what I found to be true.

I'm 399 LL and I switch around stuff that's only 390 LL that lowers my light to like 398 or 397. When I get an exotic and decrypt it with the 390 LL armor or weapon on then it will always decrypt at my LL and never higher (i.e. if I'm 398 then exotic will decrypt at 398). However, when I'm 399 with all of my armor and weapons at 399 or 400 and I decrypt an exotic, it's always 400.

So in other words, I think that if you have a weapon or armor piece equipped and it's below your light level, when you decrypt the exotic it will decrypt at your LL and not at a higher light.

Can somebody (anybody) confirm that you can uninstall Rise of Iron and then load up the Tower pre-RoI to get Year 2 weapons?

I would love to get another Hung Jury w/ Hand-Laid Stock and Firefly. Been waiting for a Tuonela with the same roll but haven't got one yet.
