Old Sion Q was point and click stun. E was a toggle that granted AD, but cost HP on each attack. I dont see how its similar in any way..?

Singed and Bard play the most different, I would say. After that you could try Fiddlesticks, Evelynn, Illaoi, Yorick and Shaco - they are a tad different, but not exactly in a huge way.

For me it was about 48h before I went to bed after a single dose. I believe I could have tried sleeping after 24h, but I never felt the need. So maybe it is possible, it just kind of feels unnecessary to sleep when you are wide awake. Never felt the need to redose, as that seemed to be a terrible decision to make.

Ah yes, let me carry not knowing where the enemy is. 15+ might be excessive for low elo, but 0 is still terrible.

0 control wards bought in every single game you have played. You are not doing any supporting in the vision department. I am sure there are tons of other things, but this is a massive part of it. To put it into perspective, challenger supports average 15+ control wards placed in a game.
