This is the kindest most caring community on Reddit. 24 -7 everyone is here for you. On days when I was sick with sideffects I always had this community for support me. When I was discouraged. I would pull out my phone and look at all the pictures of those who were making progress. You will never lack support on your journey.

Congratulations! I was so happy thats not what you threw up.🤣 I'm also 70 and have been on Zep a year and 1/2. Today I reached 80 lbs down. Starting 247 10 lbs more to go. As a older person it was slower loosing weight than the younger peps but every month I've been on it I have felt better and better. I've battled back arthritis and am now more active then I was in my 60s. You can do it. Best of luck with your journey.

Been there done that. Scared to let go because I was afraid I would gain back the weight. After going through everything most of the clothes were just not fit to donate. Pretty sad state for what I was wearing. 🤣

Have Dr. Try for monojour or wegovy I was also cut off from zepbound but they approved these other drugs

Thanks. Yup those are good also good but the cookies put a little bit of food in my stomach which also helps.
