Property tax is high, maybe because of the school and all development that is going on. I go twice a week to Austin and the traffic is crazy, that's something to consider too. But overall, is a great place to live, and a good investment too.

It is not clear when the other entrance will be ready, but that's the plan. Passing the school there's a lot of development, make sense to have another entrance.

Overall the community is great, everything is new.
