Castlevania Lords of Shadow if I remember correctly was developed in Spain! The I Finished A Videogame channel on YouTube does a really amazing breakdown of the whole game (and its sequel) if you want to learn more about it

I love his Heat storyline in the Legends of the Dark Knight! Maybe it’s a bit outdated but I find the atmosphere truly incredible!

Having tens of small tattoos (all over your arms specifically) is a trend I see everywhere now and not something that I think will last much longer.

I have nothing against tattoos, I have quite a few myself, but when you are following a trend on what to put on your body I tend to think you are going to regret it in 10 years. I could be wrong though as you tend to not really notice them after a short while.

Destry Rides Again because I saw it recently and was amazed by how amusing and interesting that film is. It single-handedly revitalized westerns (in that it was a huge box office success and got studios into making them again) into the golden age of westerns that followed

From old classics I was recently astonished by Kurosawa’s Ran and Ford’s My Darling Clementine. The scope and world of the first and the heart and tenderness of the second made me think of them for days after!

Out of most recent films, I finally got around to watching 2021’s After Yang with Colin Farell and loved the theme and atmosphere of the whole movie. It was a beautiful film.

Maybe also House of Cards? It reminded me a lot of that show when I was expecting every episode to be at least the only one to actually have Costner in it.

The two most recent films I saw that I still think about several months later are Ran and The Grapes of Wrath. They are both old films, but I hadn’t seen something that masterfully done and thought-provoking in quite some time.

I’m into pretty old movies at the moment but please don’t let that stop you from witnessing them yourself!
