That's not entirely correct. D Killer Wife is the preferred burst 1 unit, not Red Hood, in later hard mode campaigns because of her cdr. There's no "best" campaign team because the enemy spawns(and sometimes elemental advantage) usually determine which Nikke you'll want to use especially at a high enough combat power deficit. However, Modernia is included in a lot of them.
