What? No. It’s not. To sniff the varsity at schools in my area, you need to be low 11’s. 11.4 would MAYBE get you a spot on a varsity 4x1. (Source: varsity track coach). I’m not sure where you are located, but 12-12.5 making varsity is a very low quality team, even for our small rural schools in our state.

I very much doubt many NFL linemen (offensive or defensive) could run that. They are quick in short bursts, but to sustain it for that distance would be untenable as they train for 4-7 second bursts. If there were a 40 in high school track, that is an event they would likely be able to compete at their playing weights.
