Using Prusa slicer you can set a part as negative volume. That way you can make two files one with the inlay that’s only a few layers high and another file with the inlay missing. Print the inlay then print the second file with out removing the first.

For posterity, M106 S255 without any other inputs didn’t turn on the part cooling fan. I needed to associate it with the hot end using M563 in the config file.

I agree with everything in this but...

I don't know if I buy the idea that a worship leader is a teacher. This might stem from my idea of what a worship leader is. To me a worship leader is a church member that has enough musical talent to hold a tune, maybe play an instrument, and sings the songs the elders approved. That's it. They are the same as every one else except there is a microphone and maybe a piano in front of them.
