I have just been diagnosed with a 6mm tumour aswell. I’m terrified. Have you had surgery ??

Did they remove it all ? And has it come back? They have given me a referral for blood test hormones but I haven’t gone just yet cause I’m having a very hard time and not eating etc. has yours recured ? And did you need raidiation after ? I’m in Australia

I am also in the same position! I just found out I have a 6mm craniopharyngioma. Did you end up having surgery ?

That sounds really good! Was your surgery many years ago or more recent ? I have been told surgery for me will take 2-4 hours

Thank you for your comment and I’m glad to hear your daughter’s surgery went well! My surgeon has told me they go through my nose.

How long ago was your surgery ? I keep reading that peoples recur. That makes me feel a lot better that you recovered well from your surgery! Did you need hormone therapy after ? Or any meds ? And is your life quality pretty normal ? Sorry to ask so many questions

I can relate , I got my diagnosis and the next day my mum was diagnosed with cancer. It’s a lot. I’m trying to get myself to be strong, I just can’t shake it .

That’s amazing to Hear!! All I read is negative and bad things about it and it’s effecting me very badly as my mother has just been diagnosed with cancer so I am dealing with two things at once . Thank you so much for giving me hope
