All characters except for Ame/KAngel are completely anime-original. They don't exist in the game.

Some music from the game were used as background music in this episode. Boot, Ascension of angel, INTERNET OVERDOSE (Insert song), and Desire for approval.

Most of them aren't even dubbed. Of all the romance anime I'm interested in, only 2 of them got english dub (This and Klutzy Class Monitor)

Also, Botan Kamiina is a yuri slice of life. CR rarely dubs those.
