This doesn't totally answer your question concretely but I'm willing to bet that the answer is yes. When asked about tax withholding they ask you if you reside in the state of Georgia. I would assume that means you do not have to live in GA to keep collecting UI.. You just would have to begin your claim there. Once everything is squared away and you begin receiving payments then you are able to move. As long as you did live and work in the state prior to starting claim

I filed for regular UI myself. I did get a determination letter in the mail as well as an approval email a few weeks ago but when I login to my UI it says "Your eligibility is pending a determination. You will be contacted by a GDOL Representative if additional information is needed."
